Diet REBEL! Say goodbye to calorie counting!!!

So last week I saw an article about how eating healthily doesn’t guarantee a healthy weight because you know, you need to count how many calories you are consuming (I posted it here on facebook) which I think is very misleading!!!  And so here is my follow up…
